Biography

Greg Navitsky was born in Arlington Heights, IL and played soccer from the young age of five. The height of Greg’s soccer experience came after college with an invite to trial with Liverpool FC’s Academy team for a year and a half. Greg played collegiately at Loras College in Iowa and eventually finished at Trinity International University, playing three years there and completing a BA in Business with a minor in Biblical Studies.

He is currently a student and MDiv Candidate at Denver Seminary with an anticipated graduation in fall of 2020. He is praying and discerning further education and the pursuit of a PhD.

Greg currently serves as chaplain to Valor Christian High School.

Greg has worked in church and ministry contexts including Willow Creek Community Church and Cherry Hills Community Church, primarily in high school and junior high school ministry roles.  He currently is a chaplain and activities assistant at Orchard Park — a local health care residence and retirement facility. And Greg is also a group leader at the Crucible Project Ministry.

Greg’s interests include coffee, soccer (Liverpool), snowboarding, classical music, golf, reading and writing, movies, cooking, and traveling amongst other things.
