Biography
Ben, serves as the inaugural, volunteer chaplain for AC Boise, a club which plays in USL-League 1 and a position he has held since 2026.
Ben is the Founder of CORE IV Athlete, an innovative mental wellness and performance platform for college athletics and club sports. Powered by his consulting company Firelamp, CORE IV Athlete leverages mental health education along with personal development to assist athletes in their pursuit of being holistically healthy and high performing in the midst of a pressure packed culture.
A former professional golfer, Ben transitioned his years on the course into mentoring world-class athletes and business leaders. From 2006-2016, Ben was the Senior Director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Golf Ministry also serving as the Spring Training chaplain to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim through Baseball Chapel and the traveling community on the PGA Tour.
Ben lives in Eagle, Idaho with his wife Carrie, and three children: Joshua, Eli, and Audrey.
