It’s our last podcast for the month of August. I hope you’ve enjoyed going back and having us re-air some episodes to coincide with the new season of the hit-TV show, Ted Lasso.
Today: Lesson 65 (our last lesson originally) “You’ll Never walk Alone.” This episode originally aired April 24, 2024. In this lesson, we see the sadness around the locker room as AFC Richmond’s season has come to an end and come up short. Many times in life we experience a sadness and loneliness, but as Christians we have the promise that Jesus will never leave us and he won’t forsake us. Christian people have the greatest companion in the midst of any sadness that we face — the Holy Spirit.
From the Touchline is a short-feature podcast with Rev Brad Kenney, Founder and Executive Director of Soccer Chaplains United and Volunteer Chaplain to the Colorado Rapids of Major League Soccer. Rev Brad and occasional guests touch on various issues around the topics of faith, family, and football (soccer).
