As a character, his storyline and attempt to become a big time footballer is a bit of a “Choose Your Own Adventure” element to one of the most popular video game franchises of all time. Today, on the podcast, I recast this earlier From the Touchline podcast as a way to lighten a bit of the administrative load that I’ve been under lately. Originally airing in March of 2018, the message is simple—how do we allow God to help us balance and temper our emotions and our responses to the things that life and the Beautiful Game throw our way?
From the Touchline is a short-feature (10-15 min) podcast with Rev Brad Kenney, Founder and Executive Director of Soccer Chaplains United and Volunteer Chaplain to the Colorado Rapids of Major League Soccer. Rev Brad and occasional guests touch on various issues around the topics of faith, family, and football (soccer).
